Heat oven to 450° (hot). Add ⅔cup milk all at once to 2 cupsBisquick. Stir with fork into asoft dough. Beat dough vigorously20 strokes, until stiff andslightly sticky.
Roll dough around oncloth-covered board lightly dustedwith Bisquick to prevent sticking.
Knead gently 8 to 10 times to smooth up dough.
Roll ½″ thick. Biscuits double insize in baking. Dip cutterin Bisquick. Cut close togetherto save rerolling.
